30-Day Return Policy
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all SoundEarphones purchases come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not fully satisfied, we're happy to provide you with the opportunity to refund or exchange your earphones.
You have 30 days, from the date you place your order, to return the earphones. Your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a flat $15.00 restocking. We have to charge a restocking fee since we only sell brand new earphones and all returned/opened box inventory goes back to the manufacturer.
If you are exchanging for an item of equal of greater amount there will not be a restocking fee. Just the original shipping fee will be subtracted.
If your order was shipped for free, you will be charged either a flat rate of $10 or the original shipping fee for international orders on all returns or exchanges, if not the exact shipping fee will be deducted from the return.

You will receive instructions within 24 hours. We try to process all RMA's withing 48 hours from time we receive the package back but something it could take up to a 1 week..
You will be responsible for return shipping costs when returning or exchanging any item(s) back to us.
Note: All sales are final on earphone replacement tips and all small accessories (replacement cables, adaptors, headphone pads etc).
