Grado Labs provides a warranty effective one year from the date of purchase.
Grado offers their warranty through authorized retailers like us, so forget about finding them on Amazon or eBay.
On a side note- Grado Headphones are truly masterful in their craftsmanship, plus their products or components have barely changed so they're able to service headphones they originally produced over 15 years ago. Translation: Grado's are a great investment for any audiophile.
Many customers have said how much better these headphones sound after they burn in. Typically, we allow headphones to burn in for about 2 to 3 days by connecting them to a device and playing them non-stop on a low volume.
