RMA - Exchanges, Returns, & Replacements

Exchanges:

Exchanges should be quick and easy!  To expedite the exchange process, place a new order for a product you want and send the other product back to us (must be within 30 days of the original purchase). After we receive the product from the initial order, along with all accessories and the item is in like new condition, we will apply the credit of the original purchase price minus any applicable fees against the new product. Please use a responsible method of shipping your product back to us (insured and trackable)

The other option is to send back the initial product ordered with a note inside the box clearly indicating which other product you would like to exchange.  If the products are in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours after we receive the product back and inspect it. The original product must be in like new condition with all included accessories. Once again, please use a method of responsible shipping that is trackable and insured. We ship out exchange items with complementary free ground shipping.

If the item you are looking to exchange for is out of stock, we will ship the exchange as soon as the product becomes available. 

Refunds:

Finding the perfect earphone is like cutting your hair over the phone, we get that.  We work really hard to make sure all of our customers are completely satisfied. Therefore, we will guarantee your satisfaction for up to 30 days (starting from the day you receive the item). If you're not fully satisfied, we're happy to provide you with an  opportunity to refund or exchange your earphones.  If you decide to return your purchase, simply send back the item in "like new" condition with all included accessories and we will issue you a full refund for purchase price. If you utilize our overnight shipping option, your order will be refunded for the full amount minus a small shipping fee ($10). Please use a responsible method of shipping your product back to us (insured, trackable, with a signature delivery). SoundEarphones takes no responsibility for packages damaged, lost, or stolen, so please package the item well.

On accessories, all sales are final (replacement cables, adaptors, headphone pads etc), because we unfortunately cannot resell these. 

99.9% of the returns at SoundEarphones are refunded the full purchase price of the order but SoundEarphones reserves the right to impose a minimum 15% restocking fee for any items that are not returned in a "like new" condition. This includes items that are  returned damaged, missing accessories (minus ear tips), or any other condition in which the item is no longer "like new". Please ship the product back in the original inner and outer packing boxes or other comparable shipping boxes. 

Excessive product returns:

We stand full behind our return and exchange policy. However, customers returning more than three products in a 365 day period will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
