Unlike most online retailers, we're not trying to make a few bucks on shipping your purchases. Consequently, we have twisted our shipping providers arms to allow for us to offer you Overnight Shipping for $1.99! Look around, you will not find a better deal anywhere on the internet, guaranteed.
What's the deal with the Free Shipping??
Anything that you buy from us over $25, we will ship for
free. No fine print, no other terms & conditions- if your purchase
total exceeds $25, we will ship your items for free with UPS Ground.
Where's my item being shipped from?
Anything you order from us will be shipped from our
headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since we are centrally located, not to
mention that all major carriers operate large-scale sorting facilities
here, your package will arrive quickly.
How fast do you ship?
Unlike most retailers, we truly care about all of our
customers and want you to really enjoy your purchase. Before you can
enjoy it however, you must first receive it. Consequently, we ship all
of our orders out as fast as humanly possible. If you order an item before 5 PM (Eastern Time),
and select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping, your order will go out the same
day. Orders placed after 5 PM (EST), usually go out the following
morning. Items that are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail,
we get out within 24 hours. Obviously our shipping guidelines are
contingent upon product availability, and sometimes unforeseen delays
may arise.
Either way- we want you to thoroughly enjoy your
purchase, so we will get it to you as fast as possible.
Signatures are required on all Sound Earphones Order:
If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you may do so, but we (SoundEarphones) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-shipped items. A signature release must be in writing; please add "no signature required" to the comments area in the order cart. If you place your order over the phone, you will need to send an email stating that you are waiving the signature requirement. We can always ship the earphones to work so you will be there to sign for it.
