Loud Enough earphones, created specifically for children by Ultimate Ears, deliver full detailed sound in a small, lightweight package suitable for children. Research has shown that listening to music or any audio at high volumes can harm the human ear. Ultimate Ears designed these earphones to reduce sound pressure levels from any music source by up to 40% without compromising the quality of sound.

Loud Enough does two things. First, because the headset is designed for children, physical attributes allow for a much better seal. Seal is the most critical ingredient in delivering a high quality listening experience. The improved seal reduces the level of volume required to get a high quality, accurate sound. Second, because the headset has reduced sensitivity relative to non-level reducing headsets, it has a reduced maximum sound pressure level (SPL) that can be reached when driven by a music player.

The 3.5 mm connector works with most portable music sources (iPod, iPhone, Zune, etc), DVD car entertainment systems and gaming devices (Sony PSP, Xbox, Nintendo DS, etc).They have a built-in volume reducer and a small form factor. Relative to other noise-isolating earphones, these innovative earbuds reduce sound pressure levels by up to 20dB.
